I rejuvinated an old road bike, and started riding again. My son, an avid mountain biker suggested using slime for my tubes. It is a bit of a project with Presta valves. Since the tires and tubes were 20 years old I replaced both. These tubes are easy since they come with Slime installed. On my second ride, I ran over a wad of construction staples. Two of them cut through my rear tire. I was only a couple of miles from home so I got out my pump, and pumped up the tire and rode it home! When I got home I examined the tire, and found the two big staples hanging out with green slime surrounding them. The tire held air until the next day.

Customer Review: Directions
I give this bike four stars for now only because I have not been able to ride the bike yet. I can put together just about anything if directions are given to me. THERE WERE NONE WITH THIS BIKE…. I was smart enough to figure it out but feel that most products that do not come fully assembled at least have some simple instructions about how to put them together….. I will ride it tommorrow and I am sure I will be satisfied, and maybe I will forgive and forget.
