Customer Review: Worst Customer Satisfaction in the World - Hands Down
I made the mistake of purchacing 2 scooters from these people, I should have know when the scooters came 2 weeks after they promised that there was a problem….but I was patient and they arrived. The very first day the turnsignals on one of the scooters went out….there response was to figure out myself what was wrong and they would send me the replacement part…this was a month ago and I am still waiting for the part. Now the scooters dont run at all. They will not return my calls and I guess they are not interested in my satisfaction. I have contacted Amex and reversed the charges in an effort to get my money back. I cant believe these people are still in business. Once they have your money they are done with you….I would not take a scooter from them if it were free, because it would break down and take up space in my garage.

Understand that when you place an order, your card will be charged immediately. You will then be told (after you wait a week) that it will be on the next shipment. After another few days to a week, you’ll get a call saying “that color isn’t in, will you take another color?”. When I called back, I was told “we have over 500 calls a day - we can’t find it by order number. What model were you looking for? - Oh, that will be in on Thursday.” Finally, we cancel - only to be told it will take several days for a refund because “we have a whole desk full of cancellations.” Their web site looks okay, but don’t even think of ordering. It is a nightmare - I’ll let someone know if I ever get a refund. And no, it’s not moped sites in general - we found another, placed an order, received confirmation immediately, and we’ll see what the final result is soon.

Customer Review: My 8 & 9 year olds love this!
I got this buggy as a joint birthday present for my 8 & 9 year girls who asked for something “cool.” I was looking for something that would appeal to their ages. As noted in another review, it came fully assembled and already charged up, so they got to race around on it immediately. It has been a big hit with both of them as well as several of the neighbor kids. It goes just fast enough to make them feel like they’re driving, but not so fast that I worry for their safety. I only wish it had a “reverse” mode.
Customer Review: Super fun and a great value
We purchased this for our son who just turned 6. He’s been used to riding a powerwheels jeep but I felt that the jeep was too slow for him (and his 8yr old sister). He loves this dune buggy and we’re all very happy with it. We own quite a bit of land around our house so he tends to ride it down the long asphalt driveway and then onto a large patch of grass. So far this is working well. The dune buggy doesn’t seem to slow down when going on the grass.

Customer Review: OK for a TOY
Currie (Schwinn) scooters are not what they used to be. All of the latest versions are poor hill climbers. Don’t expect much more power with an S-1000, you wont get it. If you’re crusing around on flat surfaces; they’ll both move you up to 12-15 mph, but that’s it.
