Customer Review: A helmet with ventilation! I ALWAYS overheated with 70s-vintage helmets (up to that last time I got hit by a car) and was reluctant to wear a brain bucket as they really killed my enjoyment of riding.

Customer Review: Giro Monza Bike Helmet Excellent price (almost half the cost of retail). Comfortable, light and great aerodynamics. I highly recommend the helmet and recommend purchasing with Amazon. Customer Review: Well ventilated and easy to adjust, an excellent helmet! I bought this helmet because I wasn’t satisfied with the ventilation on the helmet I had. This helmet ventilates extremely well and is very light and comfortable. It feels more like wearing a hat than a helmet. I highly recommend it.

Disney Princess Toddler Value Pack She’ll be safe and adorable in this colorful Disney-themed bicycle gear for toddlers. The value pack includes a pink bike helmet and matching purple and pink knee and elbow pads adorned with Disney princesses Cinderella, Snow White, and Belle from Beauty and the Beast. The hardshell helmet, approved the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is made of tough ABS plastic (the same material used to make motorcycle helmets) and lined with EPS foam padding designed to hug the head and absorb impact should she take a fall. The helmet also features a built-in visor to protect young eyes and several large air vents to prevent overheating. The knee and elbow pads are made of soft, comfortable nylon and have durable plastic shells on the outside to guard against bumps and scrapes. The pads secure in back of knees or elbows with two Velcro tabs.
Customer Review: A little misleading The product features and image indicate “one helmet, one pair of knee pads and one pair of elbow pads.” I was a little disappointed to only receive one pair of pads that could be used for either knee or elbow. I guess the picture does say more to what you are actually getting. Other than that, it has been a great product.

Customer Review: Crash tested TWICE! I ride a road bike and have really put this helmet to the test. I crashed about 3 years ago and landed on my head. The helmet did exactly what it was supposed to do…… it broke. My head was totally fine. I bought the exact same model.

Customer Review: Looks awesome! Beware of the size I just purchased this item and it looks amazing, but I couldn’t do much with it since the Medium size I ordered was almost child size, so I am having to return it. I am not sure if the large size will work but I am afraid this may be a mislabeled child item. Customer Review: Sell should have told me Nothing about this helmet that I don’t like. I bought it based on safety reviews. Might have bought the safety yellow but found black on Amazon at a great price and free shipping. What’s not to like? 1 thing. I was sold a 2007 helmet and that fact was not disclosed by the seller. Am not sure what might have changed in a year and I might have bought anyway. Am I sending it back over this? No. None the less, I should have been told. I have not had the helment long enought to go more than 4 stars. I give the seller 3 stars. Good price, fast delivery, arrived in good condition, but should have disclosed this was last year’s closeout. Customer Review: Bell Citi Bike HelmetA+ The Bell Citi is a superb helmet. Perfect for women, and has a sleek and compact look. Fits really well, adjustments work well. It also got a great write up on Consumers Report.

Giro Transfer Sport Bike Helmet The Giro Transfer Sport Bike Helmet is constructed with in-mold technology that fuses a tough outer microshell to the helmet’s EPS foam liner. The fusion process reinforces areas around vents and ribs, making the helmet lighter, cooler and tougher. The Transfer utilizes Giro’s Acu Dial system, which combines single-handed adjustment with a full-fit band for a quick, sure fit. This Giro helmet features a snap-fit visor, and 20 vents that allow cool, fresh air in and stale, warm air out.
The Transfer sport helmet comes in Giro’s Universal Fit Adult U size (54-61cm), carefully sculpted and size-specific to simplify the fitting process. Giro’s Transfer helmet is a lightweight 255 grams, and complies with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s safety standards for bicycle helmets.

About Giro Working late nights in his garage, designer/bike racer Jim Gentes created the first lightweight adult cycling helmet in 1985. Friends at NASA helped tune the final helmet shape and vent placement, and the result was the Giro Prolight, a helmet that was better looking than traditional designs while offering a superior fit and still met the industry’s toughest safety standards. Plus, it was half the weight of traditional helmets. Since then, Giro has advanced its helmets, many of which have set the standards for styling, function, and innovation for progressive, performance-oriented riders on dirt, pavement, and snow. Giro helmets are worn by millions of riders, cyclists, skiers, and snowboarders around the world. Young-bloods and old-timers; hard-cores, heshers, and hipsters; rookies, experts, and a few regular Joes too–in fact, pretty musch anyone that appreciates superior fit and function, cutting edge styling, and the very best ideas you get in a helmet.
Customer Review: excellent helmet I bought this helmet so I could ride on the street to train as well as to wear in my first triathalon. it fits well, especially after you use the extra pads it comes with to customize it. it is light, looks good, and stays wear I strap it on my skull. the straps coming down past your ears are the only part that was a bit annoying, but after one ride I never noticed it again. a great helmet, at a great price Customer Review: Great Helmet Fits well, easy and quick adjustment. Feels lightweight and doesn’t get too hot when you’re out in the sun. I’m assuming it protects my head, but I haven’t tested that yet…
