UVEX Snow Jet Junior Helmet Designed for youthful skiers and snowboarders, this helmet includes a venting system and an inner shell made of shock-absorbing EPS (expanded polystyrene). A removable, washable liner is anti-itch and absorbs perspiration. A monomatic strap closure (like a short inline-skate buckle) allows fine-tuning the fit under the chin.
The helmet comes in the following sizes: XS (extra-small) for heads 20.87 to 21.26 inches (53-54 centimeters) in circumference; S (small) for heads 21.65 to 22.05 inches (55-56 centimeters); and M (medium) for heads 22.44 to 22.83 inches (57-58 centimeters).

Protec Classic Helmet for Skate Pro-Tec Helmet Size Chart Circumference (Inches) Helmet Size 20 7/8 Small 21 5/8 Medium 22 3/8 Large 23 1/2 X-Large Measuring Your Head: To determine the circumference of your head, wrap a string or soft measuring tape around your head, just above your ears and just above your eyebrows. Putting Your Helmet On: To put your helmet on your head, align the front rim with the top of your eyebrows. Hold the straps on both sides and roll the helmet over the back of your head. Check for gaps. Pads should be flush against your cheeks and forehead. The back of the helmet should not touch the nape of your neck. With the chin strap fastened, your helmet should be snug and comfortable. Try to roll your helmet off your head. If the skin on your forehead moves, you have a good fit. Be sure your helmet is above your eyebrows and that your goggles fit your face while wearing the helmet.

Bell Furio Bike Helmet 20 internally channel vents sweep the air right over your helmet while keeping your head cool. Fusion In-Mold Microshell with Internal Reinforcement adds durability and impact resistance. One handed, GPS Fit System keeps your helmet secure during the most feverous sprints. Cam-lock adjustable levers ensure a customized fit. Customer Review: Looks great and feels like I’m not wearing anything This helmet is clearly the best one I’ve ever owned. My head didn’t feel gross and sweaty, and it’s pretty light so it didn’t even feel like I was wearing a helmet. It’s also shaped really well so it isn’t much larger-looking than my head. I know it shouldn’t matter what your helmet looks like, but it helps that I don’t feel like a dork wearing this. I bought the small, black one and I wear a small-sized adult motorcycle helmet. I forgot to look at the sizing chart before ordering but it worked out fine, and there’s a little room for adjustment in the back. Customer Review: Perfect fit for my small head Me: Age 23, Female, road bike commuter, ~25miles/wk. I have a small head, ordered the small –> it fits PERFECTLY. If you have a similar issue (I was very choosy and tried on many brands in many stores), try the children’s sizes, then look up the circumference. This helmet in size small is the same size as the Youth! (I was glad not to have to order neon pink or dinosaurs on rocketships or whatever)

Giro Nine Snow Helmet This lightweight, durable ski/snowboard helmet includes 12 vents to draw heat and moisture from the helmet. Lightweight foam vent plugs snap in for a tight seal against chill. The helmet’s in-mold construction a tough polycarbonate outer shell fused to an EPS (expanded polystyrene) liner reinforces both materials, allowing for larger vents and less material and resulting in a light, cool helmet. The liner can be removed for washing. A wide-angle cut creates a gapless fit with goggles and doesn’t compromise peripheral vision. A security loop and Giro’s Goggle Notch lock goggles to helmet.
The helmet comes in extra-small, small, medium, large, extra-large, and extra-extra large sizes. Depending on size, it weighs approximately 13.5 ounces. An extra-small helmet fits a head with a circumference of 20.5 inches to 21 inches. A small helmet fits a head with a circumference of 21 inches to 22 inches. A medium helmet fits a head with a circumference of 22 inches to 22.5 inches. A large helmet fits a head with a circumference of 22.5 inches to 23.25 inches. An extra-large helmet fits a head with a circumference of 23.25 inches to 23.75 inches. An extra-extra-large helmet fits a head with a circumference of 23.75 inches to 24.5 inches.
About Giro Working late nights in his garage, designer/bike racer Jim Gentes created the first lightweight adult cycling helmet in 1985. Friends at NASA helped tune the final helmet shape and vent placement, and the result was the Giro Prolight, a helmet that was better looking than traditional designs while offering a superior fit and still met the industry’s toughest safety standards. Plus, it was half the weight of traditional helmets. Since then, Giro has advanced its helmets, many of which have set the standards for styling, function, and innovation for progressive, performance-oriented riders on dirt, pavement, and snow. Giro helmets are worn by millions of riders, cyclists, skiers, and snowboarders around the world. Young-bloods and old-timers; hard-cores, heshers, and hipsters; rookies, experts, and a few regular Joes too–in fact, pretty much anyone that appreciates superior fit and function, cutting edge styling, and the very best ideas you get in a helmet.
Customer Review: Giro 9 Helmet I’ve had this helmet (only a few changes have been made to the Giro 9) for maybe 5 years. I still love it. My boyfriend just bought this exact one last week, and so far he loves his, too. It’s really comfortable, even if you spend all day on the mountain. SO MUCH warmer than a hat. I don’t know what the other reviewer was talking about, there totally IS really good ventilation. You can take out the ear pads, and you just pop out the foam things plugging the holes and it’s ready for a 60 degree spring day. Well made, it’s a great buy. Customer Review: Perfect! The shipping was faster than anticipated, the product is exactly what I expected. Thanks for the great service.
