This lock is great. Very affordable and durable. I like the fact that it has two keys also. That way I can have one and my boyfriend can have one so we are always able to use the bike. It is very sturdy and easy to use. We got one for our new bike also.

My 4 1/2 year old absolutely loves this bike. It is very girly, with flowers on the seat and all over the frame and hearts on the tire tread. If you have a little “princess” it is just what she needs. The bike itself was very easy to assemble and is really sturdy. It is a pretty heavy bike, but my daughter doesn’t seem to have any problems riding it or moving it around while walking beside it. Overall, my daughter and I both think it is a great bike!

This bike was purchased for my 5 year old daughter. Like the other reviews, the package came pretty beat up. Fortunatly for me though, there were no missing pieces. The instruction book was confusing in that it showed the entire line of mongoose bikes and was only divided into two sections to find your bike and assemble it. This was just a temp. pain as when it was finished it worked just fine. My child rides it at fast speeds and it performs wonderfully. It is a very nice looking bike that gets compliments all the time, and my daughter still has plenty of room to grow into the bike and hopefully out of the training wheels(easily removable).

Worthless lock, made with cheap materials, easy to pick, easy to break the end links, which look like brittle pins which hold the also cheap, links. Plastic cover is low grade. Use this for quick bike stops for a tire guard. You should use about 2 other heavy duty locks. Might be good only for a fence/gate or around kids so they don’t move a bike. Other than that, it’s Worthless.

I got this bike for my mom and now that it is together she is enjoying it. We did get her a new seat that is a little more comfy. We had some trouble putting it together, we were missing some parts which could have been lost out of the box in delivery. The box had a small hole in the corner. But the parts were easily found at a bike shop.

I was a bit flummoxed while assembling. The front wheel, seat, peddles and handle bars needed to be assembled. The brakes needed to be adjusted as well. These, I assume, are normal small things that need to be finalized pre-sale in a bike shop. I have always previously purchased my bikes in a shop so I haven’t done this stuff before.
The bike is light weight and attractive. It’s easy to shift gears and a smooth ride. Overall this bike is a good value for the money.

My previous bike was a road bike. It got run over by some hit-and-run while parked at my work, so I replaced it with this bike. Not only does it have a neat look, kind of a cross between a cruiser and a mountain bike, but it’s super comfy, and really fun to ride! It actually has 18 speeds, not 21 like it says in the product description. But compared to my old ten speed, it climbs hills like a champ! I love my new bike!!

When decision was made to purchases another bike I immdediately thought to purchase a lock. I had to get another bike because someone decided to help themselves to my other bike that I left on my personal patio but because it was not locked up they were able to steal it. I now keep my bike locked up very tight and other than have to untangle the cord all the time I am at peace with leaving my bike unattended. I am going to look to see if Bell also has a keyed lock because if you forget the combination you can forget getting it unlocked and I am not about to have someone try and cut it off.

I bought this bike for my Granddaughter’s 3rd birthday. It’s cute and seems to be stable, especially for a 3 year old that has never been on a bicycle before and is somewhat apprehensive. The description doesn’t tell you that a water bottle and handle streamers are included, so you might want to consider that if you’re going to buy the matching helmet that also includes these items. I would recommend this product.

I bought this bike for my son for his 5th birthday, and I am returning it. The assembly directions are complicated and impossible to decipher. I have assembled countless toys properly and effectively so it is not me - it is definitely the product and the sub-English instructions. Pieces broke during assembly. It is not worth your money. Trust me, you will be disappointed.

Customer Review: Excellent Bike and Excellent Price
This is an excellent bike for $150. Worth every penny. Assembly took a few hours to tweek everything perfectly such as brakes and shifters. Next assembly would take about an hour if you have all tools and know what you are doing. Assembly instructions are not the best and could be simplified in 3 pages.
