Customer Review: Great Bike, bad delivery
It’s a fantastic product; well designed and put together.
Only problem was with Amazon’s delivery.
The bicycle needs extensive assembly work (the tools supplied with it are sub par) and in my case it arrived with a twisted rear wheel.
Luckily I have a good shop near my home that trued the wheel but as they said, it was almost a situation in which the wheel should have been replaced.

- It goes into wobbles at very low speeds.
- The wheels don’t return to a neutral position on their own.
- The springs squeak all the time.
- The rubber grip is too small and too soft. It’s also the wrong shape.

We are very pleased with the “performance” of this bicycle! We’ve had it for 4 weeks now, and my little boy has certainly put it through its paces. Gears shift smoothly and easily. Bike seems well-made. There was only 1 reason that I rated the product a 4 vs. a 5. The bike had to be assembled and the instructions that came with it were for the wrong bike! Thank goodness my husband is handy. We ended up with one left-over part, a sort of curved wire thing. Because there are such great pictures on the website, I was able to look at the close-ups and determine that this thingy was the guard for the shifter on the rear wheel! I recommend this product, but beware the assembly!
